Speed along one of Australia’s most beloved racing circuits with a 20 lap race car drive at Sydney Motorsport Park. Strap into your fireproof helmet and race suit for the drive of a lifetime as you take on an epic journey split into two 10 lap sessions. Before and between sessions, enjoy personalised race craft preparation, adapted to your experience level, whether you're a practised driver or new to manual transmission.

Alongside your driver coach in a professionally prepared race car, you’ll receive expert tips and feedback through helmet communication to enhance your drive. Your friends and family are welcome to watch and capture the action as you create unforgettable memories while racing down the track. The incredible team and coaches ensure a safe, skilfully run experience, making this fast paced adventure one you'll never forget.

Important information

Session Length

This experience is approximately three hours in duration. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your booking time.

Sessions run from 8am to 2pm

Guidelines

An indemnity form must be completed by participants
For Drives you need to be within the height range of 152cm to 194cm
For Hot Lap Rides you need to be within the height range of 135cm to 194cm
Maximum weight for Drives and Hot Lap Rides is below 130kg
Vouchers and bookings are transferrable
If your venue is withdrawn, an alternate will be offered or a refund processed
You need to hold a provisional or full car driver's license
Race suit sizing is from extra small to four XL
Experiences are not available for those who are pregnant or under the influence of drugs or alcohol
Please seek medical advice prior to participation if you have any health concerns
If you're running late, please continue to the track as you may be fit in during 8am to 2pm sessions

Cancellation

Change your booking up to 14 days before the start time of your experience
Changes are not permitted within 14 days of your experience
Late arrivals or no-shows may result in you forfeiting your experience

Spectators

Spectators are welcome with good viewing and photo opportunities at the venue.

Weather

In rainy weather conditions the tour may be cancelled if safety is a concern. You will be contacted by the provider and rescheduled.

Dress Code

Please wear comfortable clothes for the weather and enclosed shoes, avoiding heels or steel cap boots/shoes.

Seriously tested my endurance

[Employee of redballoon] I've driven the V8s before, and this was something else. You get better, faster, cleaner on every single lap - and you're honestly sweating by lap 10. You can tell the instructor trusts you more with each lap, so they really push you hard. I would recommend for anyone who has already done the 6 or 8 lap drive.
