Guidelines

• Please bring a digital/hard copy of your booking details to cross reference with staff
• Please wear comfortable clothing and foot wear to suit the weather
• If you are a first time flyer and feeling a little nervous or uneasy, just let our friendly staff know and we can pamper you and make this a great experience
• Please be sure to inform the experience provider of any relevant medical conditions at the time of booking so they may accommodate your needs
• Minimum passenger age is 3 years old
• Maximum seat weight is 120kg
• Maximum total passenger weight is 235kg
• If your weights are close to the above limits please contact the experience provider for further clarification
• Please provide the names and weights for all participants upon booking
• Itinerary and routes of flight may need to be varied, dependent on weather and operational conditions on the day and flight times are approximate.
• No loose items are permitted in aircraft
• No telescopic selfie sticks allowed around or in the helicopter

Cancellation

• All rescheduling must be in writing by email to experience provider
• Cancellations are not permitted
• Non refundable
• Changes permitted at least 72 hours notice with $50 rescheduling fee applies
• No shows or late arrivals will result in your booking being forfeited

Numbers on the Day

The maximum number of passengers for this flight is 2. However subject to weight we can seat 3 passengers in our helicopters. All passengers have a window seat. Please note this is a private flight with your group only.

Weather

In the event of rain or inclement weather your experience will still go ahead unless you are contacted by the experience provider. If the experience is cancelled due to poor weather conditions or other factors and you need to reschedule, you may do this on the day with the experience provider directly. If you are unable to choose a new date on the day it is your responsibility to contact the experience provider in writing via email with another preferred date and time. All rescheduled bookings must be completed within 3 months of the original confirmed booking date.
