Play winemaker for the day as you blend your own bottle of wine at City Winery Brisbane. Learn about the art of wine blending and the techniques used to perfect your flavour and texture, before bottling, sealing and labelling your bespoke wine. Take home your blend to share with friends and family.
Discover what goes into making your favourite wine during this interactive wine blending workshop. The City Winery is Brisbane's first urban microwinery, complete with a cellar door and restaurant. Join the talented team and learn how to blend your own bottle. During the workshop, you will learn all the tricks of the trade, including the various techniques to blending and what they look out for to achieve the perfect taste and texture. Once you've finished concocting your blend, you will bottle, seal and label it and have it signed by the winemaker. Take home your bespoke wine to share with family and friends at your next dinner party. They'll be so impressed when they discover the wine they're drinking was made by you!
Please allow 1.5 hours for the duration of this experience. Available every Sunday at 2PM
