This is a truly unique and personalised wine tasting experience which offers guests the opportunity to enjoy a more in depth and exclusive look at St Hallett’s premium and luxury Shiraz. Begin with a glass of traditional Method NV Black Sparkling Shiraz on arrival and relax into the private tasting room where you will be guided through a carefully curated wine flight of both of the winery’s iconic flagship wines as well as their ultimate premium Shiraz’s released to date. To finish off the experience, relax with a glass of ‘Mighty OX’ Shiraz (RRP $225btl) alongside a selection of Barossa finest smallgoods and local artisan cheese platter.
