★★★★★ ★★★★★ Worst experience ever Michelle 19 September 2026 I am giving 1 star for the view I would give zero if I could. Booked voucher back in May, arrived today (September) to be told our booking was only for wine tasting. After showing voucher confirmation they agreed for us to order pizza but told us only 1 pizza was to be ordered. Very poor customer services and no apology given by the manager at the end for the disorganisation. He actually argued that we had received what we paid for. Red balloon needs to state which wines are included in this voucher so that people buying voucher don’t get ripped off like we did.
