Settle into a peaceful McLaren Vale tasting room for a guided journey through organic Shiraz wines. Over 90 unrushed minutes, your host leads you through six carefully selected wines, pouring two vintages of each signature Shiraz so you can compare how time, terroir and sustainable farming shape the aroma and the flavour in the glass.
As you swirl and sip, you will taste locally crafted native chocolates matched to each wine, highlighting different notes of spice, berry and cocoa. Along the way, your host shares approachable insights into organic winemaking and the stories behind these McLaren Vale vineyards, with plenty of time for questions.
