This six hour breath training clinic designed by freediving world champion Erez Beatus is perfect for all the wave chasers (13+) who want to improve breathing, safely train their breath-hold in the water, recover faster, and deal with wipe-outs and hold-downs with much more confidence. With three hours of land training and three hours of pool training, you will overcome the fear that limits your surfing by developing an effective warmup routine, mastering your nervous system, strengthening your intercostal muscles and more. Often underestimated by board riders, this type of training greatly improves performance, enhances recovery and adds more fun and pleasure to surfing.
This experience is six hours in duration, with three hours land training and three hours pool training.
Minimum age requirement is 13, with parental consent.
Once this experience has been confirmed, changes are at the discretion of the experience provider and arranged directly with them according to this policy:
