Learn to surf with qualified and professional Surf Instructors. All surf Lessons include surf safety, ocean awareness including rips, how waves are made and surf instruction.

Around 98% of students stand up in their first lesson.This is your chance to gain some essential surfing skills in a relaxed atmosphere with a fun team of professionals. This experience is ideal for all!

Important information

Session Length

Lessons are 2 hours long and are available every day of the year except Christmas Day and New Years Day
Lessons are available at 9.30am, 10:00am, 12.30pm, and 1pm.

Guidelines

Students must be at least 7 years of age and able to swim 50m.

Cancellation

Change your booking up to 24 hours before the start time of your experience
Changes are not permitted within 24 hours of your experience
Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience

Weather

Lessons are subject to weather.

Dress Code

Please bring bathers, sunscreen and a towel.

Fun. Efficient. Organised.

This surfing lesson was a Birthday present for my friend that came to visit from the USA. She loved it and was able to stand on a surfboard and ride a wave a few times without any prior surfing experience. Everything was well organised and the team was friendly and efficient.

We went as a family aged 7 to 75. It was great fun for everyone. We all achieved something we were proud of, and all of us got at least some rides standing up. Some of us got many such rides. Our instructor was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. She added greatly to the experience. It was an awesome thing to do.

Great instructor, encouraging and friendly. Spent almost the full 2 hours in the water practicing. We all managed to surf our first waves and walked away feeling absolutely brilliant (apart from a few sore muscles the next day!). Thoroughly recommend to anyone who wants to grasp the basics.

Great briefing and safety talk. Surf location safe and ratio of instructors good, a little crowded for the section between the flags. Didn't get much time on the water with an instructor. Location lacked any showers. Overall though a great experience, wish I'd started younger!
