Become an Apprentice Gin Maker and learn how to craft your very own 500 mL bottle of gin using a mini traditional Alembic copper still during this two-hour gin workshop. An intimate distilling experience, our expert Craft Smiths will guide you through the gin-making process and teach you how to taste spirits like a true professional. You can choose from over 100 botanicals to create your unique gin blend and you will also receive a lesson in "Spirit Yoga", learning how to pair the perfect tonic with your gin. Experiment with gin-making and immerse yourself in the ultimate hands-on class all while enjoying two workshop cocktails and a gourmet charcuterie board.
