What's included?

Three hour resin art workshop
All art materials, board and apron

Ignite your creativity and open your mind to new ideas during this relaxed resin art workshop. Pop on an apron, bring along your drink of choice and some nibbles, and settle in for a fun and therapeutic session that will leave you with a one-of-a-kind piece of art. Choose your desired colour palette and be guided step by step through mixing and pouring techniques from an experienced artist. Over three hours you will learn to create different effects and patterns, while using pearls, metallics, glitter and pigments to complete your resin piece. Or why not turn upgrade to a clock, tray or a lazy Susan. You will be able to pick up your artwork 48 hours after the workshop, once the resin has completely dried.

Session Length

This is a three hour workshop.

Guidelines

This workshop is BYO only, so make sure you bring along your favourite drink and nibbles to snack on while you paint
You must be 18+ to drink alcohol; ID may be required
Children 12+ are welcome to come to sessions, but they must have an accompanying adult with them unless it is a specified teen session, in which case no adult is required to stay
It is recommended pregnant women do not do this workshop, due to the chemicals within the resins

Cancellation

Change your booking up to 24 hours before the start time of your experience
Changes are not permitted within 24 hours of your experience
Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience

Numbers on the Day

Minimum of five people are required for the class to go ahead. If less than five are booked, the provider will communicate with you in the morning of the event to reschedule.

Dress Code

Aprons will be supplied, however it can get a little messy so make sure you wear clothes you don't mind getting dirty.

I have no art talent however was assured I would be able to do it, & the result is I can use my Lasy Susan to brighten up my table & had a great time with lots of laughs creating it with friends.

I did this workshop with my mum and we had the best time. We had a great teacher who explained things easily and was very helpful. There were so many different types of cheese boards we could choose from to decorate. It was a fun activity and it was great learning the different methods in which to pour resin for different effects. I'm already planning to do another workshop.

Resin Pour Class via DIY Invasion

This was originally my 2019 Christmas Present, DIY Invasion were happy to extend the dates for this. The place was easy to find, well spread out and organised. Tamara gave clear, precise instructions as she did a demonstration pour so we all had a much better idea of what to do. I am exceedingly pleased with my board and "Highly" recommend DIY Invasion. Will most definitely be back to do another one. Thank you Tamara

The 3 hour resin art was lots of fun and at the end had a nice board and coasters to show my art off. Instructor was patient, hellful and easy to understand. Good value and nice group or individual activity. Would recommend.
