wasted drive to Mt Tamborine

we paid RedBalloon, in two separate payments, for two people to attend a Candle making class. When we arrived staff weren't there for us because they had not received the second payment from RedBalloon. Very disappointed as we will not be able to get there again until the next school holiday in September.
