Experience an unforgettable 48 hours, totally immersed in exquisite, locally grown, black Perigord truffles. From the thrill of the hunt to indulgent feasting, this is food adventure at its finest. Stay in opulent guest suites with stunning rural vistas, on site at The Loch Farm in the heart of the Southern Highlands, NSW. Enjoy hatted, chef-prepared dining, created around the fresh truffles that you had a hand in unearthing, and a bounty of seasonal ingredients, harvested from The Loch and surrounding artisan producers. The menu is complemented beautifully by award-winning local wines and whisky. A maximum of eight participants, guests are guaranteed a truly individual experience an authentic taste of luxury Australian country living, looking out to spectacular landscapes from every window; experiencing close encounters with native kangaroos, wombats and birdlife and foraging fresh herbs and flowers from the farm gardens.
Day 1: Arrive to an evening of heartwarming truffle infusions, fireside with whisky from Joadja Distillery and Highland truffles.
Day 2: Break-not-so-fast on truffle-infused, farm-ranged eggs. Embark on a truffle hunt picnic and enjoy foraging a local truffiere for ripe black Perigord truffles. Back at The Loch, dine on dusk as local growers gather round the chef’s table to feast on the truffle harvest, with cool climate wines from family-run local vineyards.
Day 3: Wake to a French-inspired farm breakfast and enjoy the estate.
This experience is available for bookings across any three-day period, from June 15 to August 17, 2019; June 13 to August 15, 2020.

Bring warm clothing, waterproof jacket and footwear.
Damages and responsibilities – The Loch will accept no responsibility for the loss, damage or theft of the personal property of guests. Any loss or damage to The Loch’s property caused by guests must be reimbursed. If excessive cleaning of rooms is required an additional fee of $200 AUD will be charged.
