Situated in the private grounds of Bimbadgen, check into your cosy, country-styled cottage that offers sweeping views of the vines and lush green hills. You will be welcomed with a lovely bottle of sparkling wine on arrival that will give you a small teaser of what's to come. Stroll over to the cellar door to taste the region's highly acclaimed Semillon, Chardonnay and Shiraz, and perhaps purchase a bottle or two to take home. Enjoy breakfast on the first morning of your stay, brought straight to your door, as well as a four-course lunch at Esca Bimbadgen from our Feed Me menu or lunch in our Pizzeria with a bottle of wine and more.

Restrictions

Esca Restaurant is Closed on Monday through Wednesday so if you book during these days, your lunch will be booked in our Pizzeria. If you book in on a Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday your lunch will be booked in our Esca Restaurant. Please advise of any dietaries or allergies. Not available during concert season, Public holidays, and special events.

2 night midweek stay at Bimbadgen Estate.

Our stay in the cottage at Bimbadgen Estate Winery was great and was a gift from our two daughters. The cottage is lovely, very comfy and well equipped. The grounds and gardens are beautiful and the outlook from the verandah is amazing. Included in the package was a complimentary wine tasting, with Mel, who was great. Lunch in Esca restaurant, where we were served by Jordan was delicious. a big thank you to her and the chef. I would also like to say thanks to Liz in the office, who was very helpful when I was booking the stay. Overall, a great little getaway.

3rd time a charm

This was our third stay at the cottage and it was as expected. We were very well looked after by Elizabeth, (the events organiser), who looked after all of our bookings, and made sure that our wine tastings were booked to suit our dining plans, and that our lunch bookings were taken care of., even in winter - extra blankets and heaters are available to keep warm inside the rooms. Elizabeth has gone above and beyond by adding personal touches, with little notes left in the cottage for our during our stays, and has even made the effort to come and greet us in person if she is on site at the Bimbadgen cellar door, (putting a face to the name on the email). The cottage is very clean and well organised. The view on the estate has been breath taking , and we enjoy coming back to stay.

This red balloon experience was a thoroughly enjoyable experience. The correspondence from Bimbadgen was exceptional. ESCA restaurant is fantastic and the food is delicious. I recommend the wagyu rump. Bimbadgen certainly knows how to look after their guests and I appreciate the excellent hospitality.

Everything was fabulous, very comfortable accommodation. Fantastic views, Champagne on arrival with cheese platter was delicious. Wine tasting was great!! The restaurant, Esca was a delight, the food was absolutely delicious. Service was fabulous. I would highly recommend this package.

Absolutely loved our stay at the Cottage, on the Bimbadgen Estate. Very central to everything in the Pokolbin region. We had the local family of Kangaroos to keep us company and entertain us. The dining experience at ESCA's was to die for. Beautiful views and amazing food and wine. Highly recommend it.
