The tiny home features a kitchenette with essential cooking equipment, a gas heated shower, split air conditioning and a waterless compost toilet. Savour your days playing tennis and cooling off in the refreshing pool.

It is advised that you bring your own basic necessities, such as food and water
Please be advised that there are free roaming animals from 2.30pm to 4pm
Kindling can be collected from around the farm
Please bring firewood or purchase it from the service stations if you'd like a campfire
Mobile reception is good for Telstra
Please keep in mind that there are three dams on the property
Children are not allowed due to unfenced dams and farm hazards
Longer stays or late check outs incur an additional charge
Be advised that there will be some farm animals and distant train noise during your stay
Keep in mind that other residences may be rented out on the property
Some areas are shared, such as the outdoor fire pit
Inconveniences such as insects may be present due to the rural location
A minimum additional cleaning fee is applied for stays of five nights or more
Unregistered guests or visitors are not permitted
Smoking is not permitted on the property
Weekday vouchers valid for stays Sunday to Thursday nights

The Perfect Sunshine Coast Getaway

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful tiny home in Palmwoods. It was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy a peaceful getaway. The home was spotless, beautifully presented, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is fantastic—just 5 minutes from a great local bakery for your morning coffee and breakfast, around 20 minutes to Sunshine Plaza for shopping and dining, and only a short drive to some of the Sunshine Coast's stunning beaches. It really offers the best of both worlds: a quiet hinterland escape with all the major attractions close by. John and Cath were fantastic hosts and made the whole experience easy from start to finish. We couldn't have asked for a better stay and would highly recommend this tiny home to anyone looking for a relaxing Sunshine Coast getaway. We would absolutely stay here again!
