On arrival there was a cheese plate, cake, chocholates, a bottle of wine and everything needed for breakfast. We loved the wood fire and big spa bath. We were welcomed by slices of freshly cooked apple cake, a cheese platter and a bottle of good champagne. The fridge was stocked with plenty of eggs, bacon, tomatoes and mushrooms for making a cooked breakfast. There was also artisan bread, butter and a range of spreads plus muesli and milk. What feasts we had for breakfast! The cottage is very well appointed with everything you could need and lots more. The bed was very comfortable and the spa bath a real treat.
