As this is a self catered experience, please ensure you bring all food and drinks with you and wear yoga, active wear or loose, comfortable clothing for your wellness class. Bring a hat, sunscreen and sunglasses for bushwalking and kayaking, along with swimwear for any creek swims. Full coverage sun protection is recommended for those planning an extended kayak trip.
