When Autumn hues paint the forest, the floors brim with mushrooms. During this workshop, you will embark on a wild mushroom hunt in the Penrose Forest with a master forager. Learn all about the local mushrooms and experience your very own unique mushroom foraging adventure. After a successful harvest, you're sure to have worked up an appetite. Your mushrooms will be pan fried with butter and salt until they are perfectly caramelised ready for you to devour, complemented with fresh locally made sour dough.
