Visit this spectacular winery and experience first-hand the winemaking and grape growing process with this unique behind the scenes tour, hosted by a highly awarded wine making team. Taste the range straight from the barrel and understand the important changes taking place in the vineyard as the grapes mature and in the winery as the wines develop.

A tour of the winery will demonstrate how the winemakers do it and why, together with the little things that make a difference. Follow up the tour with a 3 course lunch at an award-winning restaurant, featuring the best of the estate’s produce with matched wines.

Starters

  • Warm marinated Estate olives
  • White anchovies, green olives, basil

Meat and Fish

  • Aged Gippsland grass-fed sirloin, hay infused mash, pumpkin, chard, bone marrow
  • Duck breast, confit leg, orchard apple, onion compote, glazed witlof, kohlrabi puree
  • Pan roasted snapper, baby spinach, leek fondue, mussel clam ragout

Dessert

  • Organic yoghurt mousse, grapes, Estate rhubarb

The minimum number of participants is 2 people, and a maximum of 12 people.

Dress Code

Comfortable shoes are recommended for safety in the winery.
