Let the breathtaking natural beauty of Tasmania envelop you with its charm on this 3.5 hour gin and wine tour. You will be picked up from your Hobart accomodation and meander through beautiful countryside and small towns to discover award-winning wineries and distilleries. The first stop of the day is Stefano Lubiana, a biodynamic winery that has taken the title of best biodynamic wine world wide for three consecutive years in a row. After learning a little about the benefits of biodynamic farming methods and enjoying a tasting in the cellar door you'll continue on your journey. Next up is Shene Estate Distillery, boasting 199 years of heritage and the state's largest copper pot still. Sip on their iconic gin, savour the flavours and learn about their traditional distillation practices. After a leisurely stroll around the grounds, you'll hop back in the van and head to Richmond Bridge for a photo stop. Built by convict labour, listen to a story or two about the early colonial period.
Last but not least is Pooley Wines at Belmont House in the Coal River Valley. Taste their prestigious cool climate wines and soak in the spectacular views of the paddocks and vines.
This tour is not accessible to children under the age of 15yrs, heavily pregnant women or individuals that have special needs.

The weather in Tasmania can swing dramatically over the course of the day. All tour guests are advised to bring a warm jacket/coat/blazer as a precaution, even if it looks sunny at the time of departure.
Guests should have suitable shoes on for walking around outside on uneven surfaces or in vineyards and also having a good grip for walking inside wineries or distilleries. All tour guests are advised that the tours go inside working wineries and distilleries and as such are subject to stringent health and safety regulations. If you do not wear enclosed footwear you may not be able to participate in some aspects of the tour due to safety hazards.
