With over 20 years experience running winery tours, John will cater the tour to reflect your preferences and interests. He maintains close relationships with all the wineries on the tour and so you will receive only the most excellent service. Your tour can include iconic wineries like Penfolds and Henschke or can be made up of visits to smaller family run operations. Or a mix of the two!

With a close focus on personalisation, John will make ensure all stops are tailored to you and your partner’s tastes. And that doesn’t just extend to wineries, the tour can also include visits to the farmers market, art galleries, smokehouses or local bakeries. You won’t go hungry on this tour either, you’ll be treated to a two course lunch at Vintners Restaurant with a glass of wine plus afternoon tea at Maggie Beers Farm Shop.
Wine Tour Options
Red Wine Tour: This tour includes Barossa's best dry grown Shiraz through to Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Grenache and the lighter style Merlot and Mouvedre wines.
OR
White Wine Tour: Enjoy the crisp and refreshing floral style of Riesling, melon flavoured Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc, though to grassy Semillion wines.
OR
Mixed Dozen Tour: If you can't choose a favourite, take the mixed tour which showcases a range of wines ranging from Chardonnay to Merlot.

The 1962 Daimlers are air conditioned, but when the forecast is to be over 35 degrees Celsius (95 Fahrenheit) we may need to replace the Daimler with a modern Mercedes, for the comfort and safety of all. Applicable refunds will be issued.
Smart casual dress is recommended.
To fully enjoy the wines of the Barossa, please don't plan on driving anywhere after the tour. South Australia has very strict laws on drinking and driving, so leave the driving to the tour guide.
