This trial instructional flight consists of a pre and post flight briefing, as well as a half hour of flying time. Feel free to bring your friends and family along for the adventure too. Once this experience has been confirmed, changes are at the discretion of the experience provider according to this policy:
This is a one-on-one experience with your pilot.
There are modern facilities including a verandah facing the main runway at the airport. Family and friends are encouraged to come along. The clubhouse features comfy couches, modern toilet facilities and a kitchen with a fridge stocked with drinks and snacks available for purchase. If you bring food along you're welcome to fire up the BBQ outside and cook lunch for yourself.
This flight is contingent on having good visibility during daylight hours. Light rain may not be an issue with getting up in the air, but the cloud base and winds are the major factor. As the weather can be very fluid, and the provider can only follow weather forecasts in the days leading up to your booking, please be patient and understanding that they may need to reschedule your flight around the weather. The instructors are very experienced with managing bookings and will do their best to re-accomodate you at your next available time.
Loose and comfortable clothing is encouraged. You will need to wear sturdy, enclosed shoes as you will be manipulating foot pedals to control the aircraft. Sunglasses and a bottle of water is recommended for the flight.
This experience departs from Camden Airport, 70km south-west of Sydney.
