And unfortunately this didnt meet expectations. 80 minute hands on flying lesson was roughly 10 minutes in total of me flying the plane, the instructor flying the other remaining 40 minutes of the flight. An 80 minute flying lesson id expect way more on hand flying. Totalling less than an hour even in a plane wasnt acceptable. Instructor was friendly but was more engaged and excited himself to be flying around clouds than having me do anything. I was booked on Saturday Apr 13 with Jamie and I loved every second of it. We flew from the Sunshine Coast to Moreton Island, we did a couple of loops on the shipwreck and flew back. She obviously took care of take-off and landing but she did let me take control for the majority of the flight. I was also able to descend from 3000 (meters?) to 500 before leaving the controls for landing. Jamie is friendly and a good instructor, if and when I decide to go for the Recreational Pilot Licence I'd be happy to have her as my instructor. Thank you for the great experience!
