Gift cards are for a monetary value and are used to purchase experience vouchers or gift products on our website. There are a few simple steps involved in using either your gift card or e-gift cards on RedBalloon.

1. Go to the RedBalloon website and browse for the experience or product you want to redeem your gift card on.
2. Add this to your cart and follow the steps to checkout.
3. Once you have reached the checkout, either log in to your account, create an account or continue as a guest to enter your gift card number and pin.
4. Check all the details are correct and confirm payment.
5. Once this is complete, you will receive an email confirming your booking details. Follow the instructions in the email to request your preferred booking dates for your experience.

Do I need to buy a gift card to then get an experience voucher?

No, you can purchase an experience voucher directly on the website. Simply search for  the experience you want to purchase and click “book this time” to lock in a date and time immediately, or select ‘Buy as a voucher’ which allows you to book a date in the future or give the voucher as a gift. If you already have a gift card, this can be used to purchase any experience or product on the RedBalloon website.
