Explore the natural beauty of the picturesque Bunyip State Park by horseback on this two hour guided ride. After a brief introduction from your guide, you will depart from the foothills of the park, set for the bush. Over the course of your ride, you will trot through an array of terrain, from dense green forest to swampy heathland, home to prickly tea-tree, mountain ash and mealy stringybark. Take delight in the peace and serenity of this quintessential Australian bush as you meander through to 'Ryders Lookout.' At this cliff face, you will have the chance to take fantastic photos with stunning scenery as your backdrop. There will be chances to trot and canter throughout the ride.
Once this experience has been confirmed, changes are at the discretion of the experience provider and arranged directly with them according to their policy.
In the case of rain, rides will still go on. If there forecast is rain, bring a waterproof jacket. It is rare that we would cancel a ride, but if extreme weather is forecast, we will notify you and arrange to reschedule your ride.
For your own safety and comfort we recommend that you wear long pants and enclosed shoes. Jeans and runners are quite acceptable. Helmets are provided and are compulsory for everyone.
