It was such an awesome experience be able to get up close and personal with some of our most famous Melbourne Cup winners. Devonshire tea was delicious, as was lunch at the winery (and the wine tasting). Although I'm not a beer drinker I enjoyed the commentary at the brewery. Thoroughly recommend this tour.

We rang the tour company and arranged to be picked up from our hotel, this was done with ease. Our tour guide duly arrived on time and we were whisked off to the Living Legends at Woodlands where we met some of the great champions of the turf! Morning tea and freshly cooked scones were provided. Next we went to Gisborne Peak Winery for wine tastings followed by woodfired pizza ! Delicious! Then off to Woodend to Keatings Hotel and brewery for beer tasting and a commentary on each of 8 styles of beer. We finished with a drive back to Melbourne with football and races on the radio. Our informative tour guide Anthony was excellent and happily dropped us at our hotel. A great day was had by all and we would recommend it to any one with an interest in racing or wine or beer!
