There is nothing quite like getting out in nature than on horseback. Leave your worries behind for a some precious time as you enjoy a 90 minute Sunset ride through bushland and farmland in the spectacular Hunter Valley. You will be briefed on safety and introduced to horse riding basics.

It goes without saying that the more you ride, the less you worry and this incredible experience will give you just that. Adventure out by horseback on a trail ride through the spectacular bushland, farmland and vineyards of the Hunter Valley. For a full 90 minutes, leave your worries behind, take in the fresh country air, and immerse yourself in the beauty of horse-riding amongst nature. Get well acquainted with your beautiful and well-cared for horse, and enjoy one of the best seats as you ride through picturesque scenery. This is a group ride at walking pace.

Important information

  • This experience is 90 minutes in duration
  • Available seven days a week
  • Please arrive 30 minutes before your ride to complete check-in, helmet fitting and a brief horse riding lesson
  • Please arrive 30 minutes prior to allow time for waivers, helmet fitting, riding instructions and mounting
  • Please bring your booking reference order number with you on the day
  • Minimum age is 10 years
  • Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian
  • Maximum weight limit is 110kg for the welfare of the horses
  • Must not be recovering from surgery, pregnant or have a recent injury
  • This is a group ride at walking pace.
  • Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
  • Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
  • Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience

This is a group ride with a minimum of one and a maximum of 20 participants.

This experience will continue to run in light to medium rain. In extreme weather conditions the tour may be cancelled if safety is a concern. You will be contacted by the provider to cancel or reschedule.

Please wear suitable clothing. Long pants, sleeved shirts and enclosed shoes are required.

This experience takes place in the Hunter Valley, NSW.

Lovely ride with a great view

Lovely walk on horseback. The property had lots to look at and the staff were lovely. Very little of the walk was done in a vineyard - most of it was just on a trail.
