Your first stop is Ashgrove Cheese in Northern Tasmania's dairy country, where you'll learn about how their cheeses are made. After a fascinating behind the scenes tour, you'll take home some of their specialty beer matched cheeses. A visit to Seven Sheds Brewery will include a guided tour of the gardens and brewery before sampling their delicious seasonal beers, honey wines and melomels. Your next stop is Spreyton Cider to taste the produce that Tasmania was first famous for. Here you'll sample six of their tree to bottle ciders, a ginger beer and their amazing apple juice. Your final booze stop of the day is Southern Wild, a new distillery that produces premium gin mixed with local botanicals, that's created around Cradle's Mountain's pure water and fresh air. You'll spend both nights at the tranquil Cradle Mountain Lodge, sleeping in a luxurious pine cabin. After this long day, cocoon yourself in your room or walk the surrounding boardwalks filled with native wildlife.

Wake to the smell of fresh air as you prepare for a day of exploring this World Heritage Area. You can choose to go canyoning or instead opt for the famous Dove Lake Circuit walk. For those looking for a more relaxed pace, the 6km trail takes you through the beautiful Ballroom Forest leading you up to the top of Marion's Lookout. Enjoy spectacular views of Cradle Mountain as you indulge in a picnic hamper of local produce carried by your guide. Afterwards, you'll return to the lodge to unwind with a gourmet cheese and wine tasting, celebrating the produce the area is so celebrated for. Indulge in six lovingly handcrafted wines with three local cheeses as your guided through their interesting back stories. You will later sit down for a share-style dinner at Hellyer's Restaurant so you can taste a range of delights from their menu, from seafood to steak, all made with seasonal local produce. Toast to an unforgettable day with locally produced beer or wine!

Your final day kicks off with canoeing in the beautiful Dove Lake, experiencing Cradle Mountain and the surrounding area from a different perspective.
