Spend a full day exploring the natural beauty of Lady Musgrave Island and the Southern Great Barrier Reef. Depart from the town of 1770 aboard a high speed catamaran and cruise across the reef to Lady Musgrave Island, a stunning coral cay surrounded by a protected lagoon rich with marine life.

Enjoy approximately five hours exploring the island and its pristine waters. Dive in with included snorkelling equipment and discover vibrant coral gardens, tropical fish, turtles, manta rays and other incredible marine life. Take in the reef from a different perspective on a glass bottom boat tour before joining a guided island walk with an experienced eco tour guide to learn about the island's unique ecosystems. Your day also includes morning tea, afternoon tea and a tropical buffet lunch with a beverage, so you can relax and enjoy the spectacular surroundings.

Fuel levy surcharges of $16.75 and National Park entrances of $11 is not included and is payable on the day of arrival.

  • Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
  • This experience is strictly nonrefundable

In the event of rain or inclement weather your experience will still go ahead unless contacted by the experience provider.

Please bring Sun protection including a hat, sunscreen and sunglasses as well as swimwear, a towel, a warm jacket or raincoat if the weather is predicted to be cool and wet, and walking shoes.

Snorkeling at Lady Musgrave

It was a full and wonderful day. Great experience, snorkelling with the turtles, a glass-bottom boat and a very informative island walk. The crew were exceedingly kind and helpful, accommodating visitors with no prior snorkelling experience. Its not often that you get this much adventure in a day trip. I would highly recommend this adventure.
