This three day tour combining Tasmanian wilderness adventure with local seafood, wine and craft beer is one to add to the bucket list! Departing from Hobart, the tour visits some of Australia's best breweries, wineries and eateries with beautiful scenic stops along the way.

Your first stop is a behind the scenes tour of the famous Barilla Bay Oysters, where you'll start the day with fresh oysters washed down with a ginger beer from their own brewery. Enjoy a scenic drive to Darlington Vineyard followed closely by Devils Corner Winery to taste a range of award-winning wines. And at the end of a full and fascinating day, relax and unwind with a gourmet meal at The Bay Restaurant in Coles Bay. Here you will dine on superb seafood with magnificent views. Spend the first night at the tranquil Freycinet Lodge with cabins nestled amongst the native bushland. You’d be hard pressed to find a more stunning view to wake up to!

Wake to the smell of fresh air as you prepare for a day of exploring the park. You can choose to kayak in the crystal clear waters of Coles Bay (for additional $70pp) or instead discover the famous Wineglass Bay. The walk to the lookout is worth every second as you're rewarded with panoramic views that will take your breath away. To make this memory all the more special, you'll indulge in a picnic hamper of local produce carried by your guide. Afterwards, return to Coles Bay to feast on oysters, mussels, scallops, salmon and rock lobster, all sourced from local fishermen or grown at Freycinet Marine Farm. Back on the road again you'll head to Iron House Brewery where you can sit back with one of their specialty beers or wines, or even dare to try their new Strange Omen Vodka. Your final night will end in the town of St Helens. Choose to relax with a locally produced meal at your accomodation or check out one of the many seafood venues the area is famous for.

Your final day kicks off with an award-winning boat trip through the Bay of Fires. Take in views of white sandy beaches, hidden bays and gorgeous headlands as you cruise along the breathtaking coastline. You might be lucky enough to spot humpback and southern right whales, dolphins and fur seals who are commonly spotted in the area. Indulge in one final seafood feast at Mohr and Smith for lunch before heading back to Hobart.
