Experience a completely relaxing sensation unlike any other as all your tensions just float away! Float effortlessly immersed in water heated to body temperature, more buoyant than the Dead Sea with 350kg of Epsom Salts. This ultimate relaxation experience gives your body a true chance to relax.
Allow the float tank to effortlessly support you, whilst it works to decompress your body, reduce tension and fast track your relaxation. One hour in the float tank is equivalent to several hours good quality sleep.
The buoyancy created by 350kg of Epsom Salts means you absorb the wonderful minerals of magnesium and sulphate whilst you float. Magnesium is a muscle relaxant which means you are physically relaxing your tension away whilst you float for immediate tension relief after your session. Floatation is a powerful tool used to promote relaxation and wellbeing and can also be used as a great recovery aid in sport, training and for all weekend warriors.
This experience is completely safe during pregnancy and offers the only time where the mother can relieve the pressure the baby places upon her, leaving both mum and bub relaxed.
This experience is only suitable for one person at the one time. If two are booked they can be scheduled one after the other.
The floatation is a completely private experience. You will be the only one in the float tank and float room during your experience. Only one person can be accommodated at one time - if you are two people, you will need to book one after the other.
Please allow additional travel time if wet weather is present to ensure that you arrive on time to your appointment.
Swimwear whilst floating is not necessary however you are welcome to bring them, if you would feel more comfortable.
