Wearing your robe, you'll move onto a 45 min infrared sauna where soothing, penetrating warmth helps release built up tension and leaving your body feeling lighter and more at ease. A one-hour therapeutic massage completes your experience, tailored to what you need most on the day, you choice of a nurturing relaxation massage or a more focused massage on tired muscular areas. Please wear comfortable clothing you can easily get in and out. All experiences are in private rooms and recommended to do nude. Bathers are optional but not recommended.
