For safety and effectiveness, the Flow Club has certain restrictions. The experience may not be suitable for guests with specific medical conditions, including certain cancers, epilepsy, thyroid disorders, or active skin conditions. Guests who are pregnant, have open wounds, severe cardiovascular issues, or are highly sensitive to heat, cold, or light should avoid certain stations or consult a medical professional before attending. Some services, including the Red Light Bed, sauna, hot plunge, and ice bath, can pose risks if not used appropriately. Guests taking medications that cause light sensitivity or affect circulation should exercise caution. It is important to disclose any health concerns to staff before beginning your session. By observing these restrictions, we help ensure your experience is safe, effective, and enjoyable, reducing risk while maximizing the recovery and wellness benefits of the Flow Club.

• Maintain hygiene throughout your visit and respect other guests space

Cancellation

• Change your booking up to 24 hours before the start time of your experience
• Changes are not permitted within 24 hours of your experience
• Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience

Numbers on the Day

Each Wellness Unleashed session is booked individually, ensuring that your session is allocated to you and that you can enjoy the full benefits of the experience. Sessions are located indoors, so weather conditions will not affect your time with us, and you can enjoy your therapy or recovery comfortably in a controlled environment. On the day of your booking, please arrive on time and check in with our team so your session can begin smoothly. Other participants may be attending at the same time, but each booking operates independently, allowing you to follow the session at your own pace. Please follow any pre-session guidelines for your chosen therapy to ensure safety and maximum benefit. This setup ensures you receive a personalised and uninterrupted experience within a shared environment.

Spectators

Spectators are not permitted.

Weather

This experience runs in all weather conditions.

Dress Code

Please wear swimwear for plunge and sauna areas, leggings or soft pants for massage and compression, and optional nude use for the red light bed. Please avoid fragrances, oils and lotions.
