Unwind and feel the stress melt away in your private floatation pod. You'll be floating in warm 34.5C water, enriched with 350kg of soothing Epsom Salt, followed by a private 40-minute Infrared Sauna. Leave feeling completely restored and relaxed, kickstarting your journey to optimal health.

Arrive at the Wellness Studio and be warmly greeted by the team; you will then be led into your private room, complete with everything you need for your floatation experience. Remove your clothing, put your earplugs in, and dip your toes in comfortably warm water that’s enriched with 350kg of Epsom Salt. Lie back and float for an hour in a completely quiet, light-free environment.

Once you are finished floating it is time for your 40 minute Infrared Sauna. Over the 40 minutes, your body will reap the rewards of an array of health benefits such as pain relief, weight loss, improved circulation, and skin purification. As the machine radiates heat, you will sweat and feel the toxins deep within your body slowly ease away, burning up to 600 calories in one appointment.

Floatation experience runs for 60 minutes
Sauna Session runs for 40 minutes
Open 7 days a week
Sessions can be booked from 9am to 6pm
Allow approximately 5-10 minutes prior to your session to fill out forms and listen to float tank introduction

Restrictions

If in doubt as to the advisability of using the infrared sauna, consult with your physician. Do not take part in this experience if pregnant, have serious inflammation, a fever, a communicable disease, hemophilia, or are intoxicated or dehydrated. You may also want to consult with your physician regarding medications, if you are elderly, have cardiovascular or chronic conditions, insensitivity to heat, or have a condition that affects your body's ability to sweat.

Guidelines

Please arrive approximately 10 minutes before your appointment to settle in
Do not consume any heavy meals for at least 90 minutes before your session
Wait at least 48 hours after any hair treatment or colour before floating
Allow 12 hours after shaving or waxing
Do not float with open wounds or new tattoos
Sauna is not recommended for pregnant women
If you are unsure about using an infrared sauna, always consult with your doctor or physician first
Drink plenty of water throughout the session. Water will be provided, and you will have access to a water fountain to refill your personal bottle if you choose to bring it

Cancellation

Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience

Numbers on the Day

This experience is for 2 people.

Dress Code

You will be in a private floatation room and sauna. The studio encourages you to remove all clothing including underwear or swimwear for floating. This stops any irritation to your skin that could distract you and interrupt the relaxing atmosphere. If you are uncomfortable with this, however, you are welcome to wear swimwear if desired.

Such a peaceful experience and you leave with a clear mind and a sense of renewal. It takes a couple sessions to reap the benefits and I highly recommend for some ‘me’ time. Staff a knowledgeable and friendly. Do yourself a favour and immerse yourself in tranquility.

Wow and wonderful . Everything clean and well appointed briefing well explained put you relaxed . Float 60 minutes floated away from the world's anxiety . All aches and pain and good skin detox went into fream land saw a big cats eyes looking at me. Clean facilities shower and toilet ✔️ Talked to attendant about what I felt and left totally free feeling it was nice day😻

I didn’t know this was a thing until I received a voucher for it and OMG! It did not disappoint! An hour of total weightless relaxation and without even thinking about it my mind cleared of all thought. I came away feeling relaxed and refreshed both mind and body. A must try

The salt float was quite an incredible experience! The staff were lovely and very informative. They walked me through everything and then leave it to you to do things at your own pace. The facility was very tidy and accomodating to my needs. The float itself was better than I imagined, and quite surreal. I felt completely separated from the world, just isolated in a little bubble of silence and relaxation.
