Wait for tattoos to be healed before floating
It is not recommended to eat within 90 minutes of your float
Those who have coloured hair that is still leaving residue of colour are prohibited from floating

Immediately prior to your float, do not drink coffee, smoke or have any other stimulants
Not suitable for children
Since you will be floating in a private setting, you can float completely naked. Having nothing pressing against your body should help you achieve deeper relaxation. Of course, you can wear your bathers if you like.
