Important information

  • A pre-session planning exercise (1 hour)
  • 2 hour session in your private floatation tank
  • Post-float guided mindfulness session (1 hour)
  • A post-session follow-up therapeutic exercise (1 hour)
  • The floatation experience is available from 10am to 10pm, 7 days per week
  • Please arrive 15 to 20 minutes before your session
  • It is not recommended to eat within 90 minutes of your float
  • Alcohol consumption before floating is prohibited
  • Consult your GP if you have any medical conditions, including pregnancy
  • Immediately before your float, do not drink coffee, smoke or have any other stimulants
  • This experience is not suitable for children
  • Not suitable with new tattoos or recently coloured hair which may leave residue on the tank
  • Change your booking up to 24 hours before the start time of your experience
  • Changes are not permitted within 24 hours of your experience
  • Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience

Please bring bathers to wear in the floatation tank.
