Start your experience with a 1-hour floatation, soaking in 350kg of Epsom salt, whilst you literally disappear, melting away with the water. Follow on to 45 minutes in the Infrared sauna, allowing the infrared waves to penetrate deep into your core stimulating an intense detox and sweat response.
Take 45 minutes to sweat it out in an infrared sauna. Allow the infra red to warm your body without heating the air around you. Tailor your sauna experience to your body. Choose from detox, skin rejuvenation, pain management, weight loss, cardiovascular health or relaxation.
Spend an hour further de-stressing and relieving your muscular tension while floating effortlessly in warm water, absorbing all of the goodness that Epsom Salt has to offer.
This experience is suitable for only one person at at time.
The dress code is comfortable - wear whatever suits you. A swimsuit is not required while floating and is optional in the sauna.
