Revitalise yourself from the inside out with this whole body cryotherapy session, which subjects you to subzero temperatures for three minutes! Offering a host of physical and mental health benefits both immediately and gradually, you will leave feeling absolutely invigorated and revived.
Sinking into a tank of near-freezing temperatures may seem like a crazy idea, but cryotherapy offers a host of therapeutic and health benefits within minutes. On arrival, you will complete a waiver form before de-robing, putting on your slippers and gloves and hopping into the sauna. Once the door is closed, a rush of extreme coldness will take over your entire body for three minutes, triggering your brain to release endorphins, the 'happiness' hormones, whilst also burning 500-800 calories. A reduction in chronic pain, stress, anxiety and fatigue, a boosted immune system and an accelerated recovery time are just some of the other benefits you will reap after the session.
Please allow 15 minutes for this experience, including completing an intake form, the treatment and getting dressed again.
Participants who have a cold/fever, asthma, an open wound or sore, sever hypertension, a heart or cardiovascular and respiratory disease, a pacemaker, seizures or are pregnant cannot participate in this experience.

You will be supplied a robe, dry socks, gloves and an area to change in. Men need to wear cotton briefs or boxes and women can wear underwear, sports bras or equivalent (not containing metal).
