Taking place at your desired location across Melbourne, Geelong or the Bellarine Peninsula, whether that be your own home or favourite park, you'll feel confident to work out. Instructed by a university qualified personal trainer, your 60 minute session will be tailored to your specific needs and requirements, delivering results that will exceed your expectations. You'll be taught the necessary skills to take ownership of your own health, fitness and well-being and along the way empower you to develop positive life-long habits and behaviours.
This voucher is valid for two people.
All sessions will proceed in any weather condition unless extreme heat (over 35 degrees) is forecast. If scheduling an outdoor session and rain is forecast, an undercover back-up training option can be arranged.
This experience can take place at a location of your choice in Melbourne, Geelong or the Bellarine Peninsula. Please advise your desired location at the time of booking.
