Grab three friends and have Commando Steve put you through your paces in a challenging, yet enjoyable outdoor class. Steve will motivate and inspire you every step of the way as you push yourself through a CrossFit and military-inspired workout, he calls 'Commando Fit'. Whether you're starting your fitness journey or looking to challenge yourself, Steve will cater the session to each participant's fitness levels while ensuring it's inclusive. Receive expert instruction on technique and insight into effective training, so you can continue to improve and progress. Enjoy stunning Sydney Harbour views as you work up a sweat in Rushcutters Bay Park, based at the outdoor equipment area. At the end of the session you'll feel stronger and inspired, leaving with a real sense of accomplishment!
