Experience the allure of the Jarrahdale bush and surrounding farmland as you embark on a relaxing horse trail ride. Head to the summit of Bald Hill boasting dreamy views of the Perth CBD, the ocean and beyond, not to mention the opportunity to encounter wildlife and farm animals along the way.
Escape the buzz of the city and get back to nature as you explore the beauty of Jarrahdale on horseback during this adventure ride out. After being assigned a horse suitable to your experience level and ability, you will mount up, adjust your stirrups, and do a final safety check before beginning the adventure. Meander through beautiful Australian bush and farmland as you follow your instructor to the top of Bald Hill. Expect to pass a variety of wildlife and farm animals along the way, before taking a break at the top to revel in sweeping views of Perth CBD, the ocean and the surrounding farmland. On a clear day, you'll even be able to catch glimpses of Rottnest Island. After snapping a few photos and soaking it all in, you'll begin the scenic journey back to the stable, completing this unique experience that is great for the soul.
Due to the high risk nature of horse riding, riders are not permitted if pregnant.
Maximum of six riders.
This experience goes ahead in rain, hail and shine. In the case of lightning, you will be rescheduled for a later date.
Participants must wear jeans or leggings and boots or a closed-in shoe with a heel and a smooth sole. Hair should be tied back and secure. Phones are allowed on the ride. Singlets, shorts, dressed or heels are NOT safe to ride in, if wearing incorrect attire you will not be permitted to ride and your ride will be cancelled, with no refund applicable.
