  • Opening hours are Monday, Tuesday and Friday 9am - 6pm, Wednesday and Thursday 9am - 8pm, Saturday 9am - 5pm. Closed Sundays

No restrictions apply to this package but on the day we will check for contra-indications.

  • Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time. Late arrivals will have time deducted from their session

Cancellation

Once this experience has been confirmed, changes are at the discretion of the experience provider and arranged directly with them according to this policy:

  • At least 48 hours notice is required to reschedule a booking
  • No shows and cancellations within 48 hours: participants forfeit their experience and therefore are not entitled to a refund or re-book
  • Late arrivals will have time deducted from their session
