Enjoy fantastic views of Glenworth Valley with this exhilarating abseiling experience. If you've still got the stamina then explore 3000 acres of lush green valleys and ancient rainforest trails on horse back and ride through unspoilt Australian bush.
Make the most of your time off and enjoy two fantastic experiences in one unique area. Your abseiling adventure starts with a warm welcome and introduction to the days proceedings. After our safety briefing, your guide will train you in all the abseiling techniques you need to know. You then step out onto some small beginner’s rocks where you can practice your technique and develop your confidence through a series of easy progress stages.
By the end of the session you will be able to comfortably experience lengthy rock face descents, open air declines and if you are up for a real challenge, face forward rundowns. The views from the top are spectacular. Then enjoy horse riding less than one hour from Sydney or Newcastle. Ride through unspoilt Australian bush and canter across lush green valleys. Discover the shady canopy of the rainforest trail, meander along the banks of Popran Creek, the purest tributary to the Hawkesbury River and then arrive at the natural rock pools. Take one activity in the morning and one in the afternoon or split them over two days - the choice is yours.
No experience required, suitable for all ability levels.
Abseiling requires a minimum of 4 participants for the tour to proceed.
