With delicious raspberry red velvet cupcakes on hand, you will learn the art of cupcake decoration. Learn authentic icing techniques and decorate with fondant shapes - you’ll get hands on with tips and tricks from our experts. Take home some of your own cupcakes, or eat them there! - 45 minutes

Sushi & Sashimi Masterclass with Sushi Master, Taichi Ito

Work alongside Sushi Master Taichi Ito and learn the secrets to making world class sushi. Taichi will teach you about the different methods used by Japanese chefs, the types of product to look for, presentation and knife skills, culture and history, plus what makes Japanese cuisine so unique and popular around the world. You’ll try rice rolling and watch Taichi slice and prepare fresh sashimi on the spot - then enjoy your own creation - 45 minutes
