Don't just whale watch, get amongst the action! See the magnificent humpback whales breach, hear their great tail slap the water, feel the waves rock the boat and marvel at their playfulness. This is an unforgettable experience, in one of the most pristine regions of Australia!
The Jervis Bay whale watching season is one of the longest in NSW, and with the sheltered waters providing a much needed rest for the calves on their long journey home, it also provides some of the best calm water viewing to be had. Multiple sightings are the norm, especially on the southern migration, with the record to date being 32 individual whale sightings on one cruise, all in the calm waters of Jervis Bay! On this 2-3 hour whale watching cruise, you'll be able to grasp just how enormous these majestic creatures are, and if you're lucky, you may spot some resident bottlenose dolphins along the way!
The vessel on which the cruise departs is up to the discretion of the provider and may vary subject to conditions and availability.
Once this experience is confirmed, changes are at the discretion of the experience provider and arranged directly with them according to their policy.
All cruises are weather dependent. At the time of booking, please provide a mobile phone number so that the supplier may contact you on the day of the cruise. Cancelled experiences will be rescheduled for a later date.
It is recommended that warm clothing is warm e.g jackets, beanies.
Whales are wild and free to swim wherever they wish. There is a high probability that you will see whales, however this cannot be guaranteed. This makes the experience all the more special when you do see whales. The duration and route of the cruise may be subject to tides and conditions.
This experience takes place in Jervis Bay, NSW.
