The Jervis Bay whale watching season is one of the longest in NSW, and with the sheltered waters providing a much needed rest for the calves on their long journey home, it also provides some of the best calm water viewing to be had. Multiple sightings are the norm, especially on the southern migration, with the record to date being 32 individual whale sightings on one cruise, all in the calm waters of Jervis Bay!

Weather

All cruises are weather dependent. Please provide a mobile phone number so that the supplier may contact you on the day of the cruise. If cruises are cancelled due to weather, the supplier will contact you ASAP to let you know. Cancelled experiences will be rescheduled for a later date.

It is recommended that warm clothing is warm eg Jackets, beanies and gloves.

Whales are wild and free to swim wherever they wish. There is a high probability that you will see whales, however this cannot be guaranteed.
