Come on board the magnificent 'Eye-Spy' for an encounter with some of the most enchanting marine mammals between June - November. Of all the great whales, the humpback is the most surface active, so you're in for a treat! With lunch and exclusive seating included, this is a perfect day out.

Start the day off right with priority boarding, a complimentary beverage and the best seats on the boat with this VIP package! You'll have the perfect vantage point to watch the humpback whales as they swim, frolic and splash around the boat.

As if these whale sightings weren't enough, you will also enjoy a delicious meal lunch on board, with priority serving thanks to your VIP status! After approximately 5 hours on the water, your cruise will return to Redcliffe and you will be driven back to your Brisbane hotel with memories to last a lifetime.

Boarding commences at 9.00am for a 10.00am departure and returns at approximately 2.00pm - 2.30pm

Cancellation

Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience

Weather

This experience will still go ahead in the event of rain or inclement weather. If the experience provider has to cancel the tour due to bad weather, you will be rescheduled by the experience provider directly.

Dress Code

Dress warmly and wear flat shoes. If you wish to spend time on the outside decks of our vessel, you may like to wear a light waterproof wind-jacket.

This tour takes place in Brisbane's Moreton Bay - Boarding commences from the Redcliffe Jetty in Redcliffe.

I can recommend this whale watching trip

The whole experience was first class. ViP ticket had the best seats. Refreshments available. Lunch was awesome. Staff were great, friendly and very informative. I'd have no hesitation in recommending or indeed going again

Travelled 3 hrs to wait yo board boat at 9am. At 930am announcement made by crew member that there was engine failure and would not be going out. They knew the boat wasn't ok to sail the day before as apparently the captain had been working on the engine. Should have contacted people the day before. 6 hrs travel for nothing.

Outstanding day not only did we get to see the whales and their babies, they interacted with the boat swimming in close rolling over so we could see it’s under belly and it had to be seen to believe one of the whales wave several times. Words do not do justice to the amazing feelings and emotions seeing the whales in their own environment. We were lucky to see dolphins and a shark. The food provided was excellent there was a full bar available. ******

Every year have gone and had great experience but this year was very flat. Not many whales and weather wasn't good either. Been spoilt other years but will keep going anyway. No photos because sea bit rough. Next time.

My husband and I were lucky enough to be given a Red Balloon voucher from our beautiful Belgium visitors and we had the most wonderful experience on the water watching the majestic whales while enjoying the hospitality of the VIP Brisbane Whale Watching crew. Would definitely recommend it!

Great day on the Bay with lots of whales

Its definitely a great time to go whale watching as there are less people on the boat due to the covid restrictions. Booking the VIP lounge was well worth it. Shelley in the VIP lounge was fantastic and made our day special. We were looked after very well. There were so many different pods of whales and we saw a lot of whale activity. Some amazing breaches further out and some very curious whales a lot closer to the boat.

Amazing day out on Moreton Bay with the team from Brisbane whale watching on Eye Spy. The whales put on an amazing show. We did the VIP tour, staff were great and meal lovely. Thanks for a wonderful first experience whale watching. We will be back next year.
