Booking was a breeze, the reservation team were helpful answering all of our questions. The crew were friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. The boat was awesome!! Fast, fun, clean and comfortable with open viewing. We had an amazing experience with inquisitive whales coming up to the boat and showing off. We learnt a lot from the skipper too. ★★★★★ ★★★★★ Coastal Express,No support from either party Les and family 1 July 2024 Toilet on boat was blocked, cpuldnt be used by my daughter. Spent $320 on whale watching experience. Vendor stated his experience can be affected by wind or rain. Should a tour be cancelled by the experience provider due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, a ticket on the next available tour will be offered. It didn't state that if there's was no sightings then we couldnt go again.....all other places offer that. So we figured with a smaller group and a higher ticket doller, we would at least be taken care of. It was raining a lil, and we still drove 3 hrs, No sightings, which would be fine, but And that's it, nothing offered not even a discount to support their customers. On red balloon site it dosent say anythimg else. Only after, once youve paid and already there, they make u sign a waver, for safty, and there state no guarantees. Coastal Express shame on you. Red balloon as a site seems not to support or back who they promote. Shop elsewhere Cassie Hi Les, thanks so much for your feedback.
