A hands on cooking class that demystifies the preparation of seafood, you'll be able to use these techniques the next time you bring home a big catch or a big haul from the fishmonger. With your expert chef instructor, you'll see that filleting fish and shucking oysters is easy! You'll prepare oysters, scallops, fish and French style prawns plus you get to take home the recipes from the day so you can recreate them at home and impress your dinner guests! Once the cooking is done you don't have to worry about the washing up, you simply take a seat, enjoy your dishes and sip your complimentary beer or wine.
This lesson takes approximately 4 hours.
As alcohol is made available, all participants must be aged 18 years and over.
Participants will be required to stand for periods of time during the cooking class.
