Inspired by her Turkish heritage and treasured family recipes, Chef Riki Kaspi will guide you through a collection of authentic Greek and Turkish dishes that bring people together around the table. Along the way, you'll learn traditional techniques, flavour combinations and practical skills that can easily be recreated at home.
Working in a fun and social environment, you'll prepare a menu featuring spanakopita with spinach and feta, fasulye piyazi Turkish bean salad, mini kebabs with yoghurt and pomegranate dressing, stuffed tomato and zucchini, tzatziki, and rice with silverbeet. As well as revani, a traditional semolina and almond cake soaked in sugar and rosewater syrup for a sweet finish.
Once the cooking is complete, you'll gather with fellow food lovers to enjoy a generous Mediterranean feast filled with the vibrant flavours of Greece and Turkey.
