Working alongside fellow food lovers in a fun and social setting, you'll prepare a menu featuring liver pâté de foie maison, French onion soup, coq au vin, ratatouille, broccoli and cauliflower blue cheese gratin, and a decadent chocolate fondant dessert. Along the way, you'll discover authentic French cooking methods and flavour combinations before gathering around the table to enjoy a generous French inspired feast.
