Guided by an experienced chef, you'll explore the five essential flavour elements that define Vietnamese cuisine: sweet, sour, salty, bitter and spicy. Along the way, you'll gain a deeper appreciation for Vietnam's rich food culture while learning authentic techniques that can be recreated in your own kitchen.

Working in a fun and social setting, you'll prepare a menu featuring fragrant pho, crispy banh xeo, lemongrass chilli chicken, fresh prawn rice paper rolls with peanut dipping sauce, nuoc mam cham, and sweet corn and coconut pudding. As the cooking comes to an end, you'll gather with fellow food lovers to enjoy a generous shared feast, celebrating the vibrant dishes you've created from scratch.
